All the methods and attributes in the uDOM Event interface have  
essentially the same definitions as their DOM Level 3 Events  
counterparts, with only minor wording differences. Rather than having  
slightly different copies of the same spec language, I suggest  
normatively referencing DOM Level 3 Events for these methods and  
properties.

The same applies to MouseEvent, TextEvent, KeyboardEvent, and UIEvent.
