The DTD allows <a> to contain most of the children of <g>. The notable exceptions are animation-related elements and the various <defs> children which can now appear directly in <g>. This differs from the 3 Dec spec which only excluded the animation-related elements. Is the current DTD correct? Or should the <defs> children be allowed in the <a>?
