Kirk is correct. The DTD is incorrect when it says: radius %Length; #IMPLIED There are similar situations with the 'stdDeviation' attribute on feGaussianBlur and the 'baseFrequency' attribute on feTurbulence, which also take a list of two values. These attributes were just defined as CDATA. Note that %Length; is defined as CDATA already, as Kirk points out, so changing the definition of this attribute will have no effect in terms of old-fashion (i.e., pre XML Schema) DTD validation. I'll make sure this gets fixed.
