Re: [csswg] Agenda for APAC-timed call on Sep 4/5 2024

I'd like to request a fresh WD publication of Anchor Position. Its
last /TR publication was in March, and there've been a number of
important changes since then, most notably several renames that really
need to be present in the WD version.

(I've spent some time closing issues as well as I can, too, and will
get a few more done before the call. Regardless of if there are still
some open issues to resolve, tho, getting the renames up on /TR is
important.)
