I've recently drafted a proposal [1] for extending WebVTT CSS extensions [2] to WebVMT [3] and would appreciate guidance from the CSS WG on how best to refine this. I attended the CSS TPAC breakout [4] on 18 October 2021 and was advised to raise my query through this mailing list.
