[CSSWG][css-sizing-3] Last Call for Comments on CSS Box Sizing Level 3

I also forgot to announce that on 23 October 2020, the CSS WG also
published an updated Working Draft of the CSS Box Sizing Module Level 3:

We also published a minor update this week as CRD.

These updates incorporate various fixes since the May 2019 Working Draft, and 
consist mostly of subtle adjustments to CSS's automatic sizing rules and 
miscellaneous editorial improvements.

Significant changes since the previous May 2019 WD are listed at:

As there are hardly any issues left, we intend to transition this module to CR 
following completion of horizontal review. Consider this the Last Call for 
Comments!

message) or (preferably) file them in the GitHub repository at
    https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues
