Dear CSS WG—

is https://www.w3.org/TR/css-device-adapt-1/ still being pursued?

Then, on reading the spec I got a first odd impression that
`@viewport` was just a more complicated way of setting a minimum
width. I realize that’s not what `@viewport` does, but I wanted to
share this as it suggests a need to clarify how it would be of use and
value.
