This is a Call for Review of a proposed charter for the Cascading Style 
Sheets (CSS) Working Group:

   https://www.w3.org/2019/08/proposed-css-2019.html

With no change in scope, this Working Group's mission continues to be to 
develop W3C Recommendations for Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). This 
proposed charter extends the CSS Working Group for an additional three 
years.

The Working Group is also extended until 30 September 2019 to 
accommodate for the charter review period.
