Updating the CSS index at http://meiert.com/en/indices/css-properties/
I noticed that five properties (border-collapse, border-spacing,
caption-side, empty-cells, and table-layout) have not so far been
specified in a CSS 3+ WD or TR—at least not from what I could tell
from searching the w3.org domains.

Am I missing something or is some of the table-related stuff still due?
