The CSS WG has published an updated Working Draft of the CSS Round Display Module Level 1: https://www.w3.org/TR/css-round-display-1 This module describes CSS extensions to support a round display. CSS Round Display has made progress on polar positioning since the FPWD. Polar positioning becomes to be used in absolute positioning and several new features related to it are added. Resolutions from the last CSSWG F2F are incorporated to the updated WD. Changes since the previous WD includes: * Addition of 'polar-anchor' https://www.w3.org/TR/css-round-display-1/#polar-anchor-property * Addition of 'contain' to 'polar-distance' https://www.w3.org/TR/css-round-display-1/#polar-distance-property * Addition of 'polar-origin' https://www.w3.org/TR/css-round-display-1/#polar-origin-property * Addition of extension for 2d rotation function for polar coordinates https://www.w3.org/TR/css-round-display-1/#2d-rotation-transform- function * Removed 'polar' value of 'position' Polar positioning applies to absolute/fixed/sticky/relative positioned elements https://www.w3.org/TR/css-round-display-1/#positioning-content * Addition of <size> keywords to 'polar-distance' https://www.w3.org/TR/css-round-display-1/#propdef-polar-distance There are open issues about the media query and polar positioning, but I'm sure those will be fixed on the next publication. Please send any comments to the www-style mailing list, <www-style@w3.org>, http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/ and please, prefix the subject line with [css-round-display] Thanks, Jihye
