Put a link to drafts.csswg.org on the CSSWG homepage?

- right now there no link to drafts.csswg.org on this homepage yet. For those who isn’t familiar to the group’s new work mode, it may be a bit difficult to find the latest outputs (f.ex. the CSS Indexes). Will the group consider updating your homepage?
