Please forget what I wrote there; because of the overlapping green square, we don't see the vertical scrollbar (it is rendered!). And the 100px or 85px depends on the interpretation of this sentence: " Any space taken up by the scrollbars should be taken out of (subtracted from the dimensions of) the containing block formed by the element with the scrollbars.
