I am confused by section 2.2. Given a page fragmentainer context which contains a multi-column fragmentainer context, if there is a page break in the content it sounds like there is only a page break, not a column break since the type of break that was created by the page context was a page break. But the example directly contradicts this, saying in this case there is both a page and column break. Am I misreading the way the break type is calculated, or is the example explicitly calling out an exception to the rule?
