[css-break] Review: minor issues

I just finished reviewing http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-break/ and thought I
would start with a few minor issues:

1. For "break-inside", the "Applies to" section has an extra ‘that’.

2. In section 4, second paragraph ‘auto’ is a link to the auto value of
break-inside. While this is the same name, it is not the auto it is
referring to. One reference is to overflow and the other is to logical
height.

3. In 4.1, the sentence “... and may instead either slice the element's
graphical representation as necessary to fragment it.” has an either but no
or. Maybe drop the either?
