No, the resolution only applies to in-flow items.

Should we raise a separate issue on abspos items?

On the one hand, it would be nice if abspos items behaved
consistently with in-flow items, particularly for grid items.
On the other hand, abspos is its own layout model, and it
would make abspos inconsistent with itself.
