(Oh, I just noticed the "based on this resolution" at the end of the
commit message, which links to
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2015Apr/0405.html and
indicates that "overflow:clip" is indeed going to be its own thing.

I guess that answers my question; sorry for the noise.)
