[animation-iteration-count] Default value seems wrong

I have a question about the default value of the anitmation-iteration-count property. The spec says the default iteration count is 1, but no iteration occurs in FF, Safari or Chorme http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-animations-1/#animation-iteration-count <http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-animations-1/#animation-iteration-count> so it seems like the default is 0.

Is this a bug in these browsers (the only ones I tested) or in the spec?
