[css-style-attr] multiple <dfn> for style attribute

css-style-attr has 2 <dfn> for "style attribute"

and

This confuses bikeshed for cross references, and is annoying.

As this spec is already a REC, just fixing the ED doesn't sound
sufficient. What do we do?
