[css-grid] feedback

*        It's a minor thing but I think
<http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-grid-layout/#source-independence> 1.3Source
Independence in the TOC of the working draft and editor drafts should be
renamed to Source Order Independence, it just is more clear that it's the
order of the source that is independent, not the actual source itself.
