[CSSWG][geometry] First Public Working Draft Geometry Interfaces

The CSS WG and the SVG WG have published a First Public Working Draft of the Geometry Interfaces module.

This specification provides basic geometry interfaces such as DOMPoint, DOMRect, DOMQuad or DOMMatrix used by other modules or specifications.

Please send any comments to the mailing list, <publix-fx@w3.org>, and 
please, prefix the subject line with

    [geometry]
