Yes, the section for "transparent" explicitly calls it out as a
<named-color> value.  The only reason I have it separate is because
all the other <named-color> values are fully opaque, and so separating
"transparent" out seems reasonable.

I'm unsure about currentcolor.  It doesn't act like the other named colors do.
