[css-ruby] typo in CSS Ruby section 2.1?

Dear CSS Ruby editors,

There may be a typo in the explanation of `ruby-text-container' in
section 2.1 of the document [1], [2].

> - 'ruby-text-container'
>   Specifies that an element generates a ruby annotation container box.
>   (Corresponds to HTML/XHTML <ruby> elements.)

This `<ruby> elements' should be `<rtc> elements', I think.
