To be clear, that's not quite what I proposed, this is:

foo-bar: standard CSS property named foo-bar-baz
-[vendor]-foo-bar:      Vendor prefixed(custom) property
--foo-bar-baz:            Non-vendor custom property

What do things look like in var()?

  * var(--foo-bar, fallback)
  * var(foo-bar, fallback)
  * var(foo-bar, -webkit-foo-bar, --foo-bar)
