Hi, as is already stated in the ISSUE 1 running headers/footers require duplication of content in the HTML source. This prevents creating CSS stylesheets for existing documents where it's not possible to alter page content. I think that this feature shouldn't require duplication of content in order to cater for existing content which needs to be processed with a new stylesheet.
