Adding things to the at-risk list makes a difference, as it
allows us to drop the feature without returning to LC--but
removing them doesn't make a difference, technically. That
said, I think there's no harm in removing @supports from
the list at this point.

There's a handful of other outstanding edits to that spec,
fwiw [1], so we'll need to publish an update anyway. *shrug*
