But I suppose 0.1px, 1em or 1mm > are good candidates as well. :-P 0.1px as a minimum size is going to be rendered affected by UA implementation as how UAs can handle fractional pixel values in various ways (truncate, round down, round up). 1mm (3.77px) is also going to be rendered affected by UA implementation too. 0.1px and 1mm end up as not predictable.
