Hi all,****

** **

I found this discussion
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2012Jun/0627.html regarding
position:sticky which is yet a standard.

**

** **

I think ‘sticky’ should do a little bit more – printing (to paper). The new
“position:sticky” could also make repeating page header easy and reasonable.

When you read the content, you have its header on scrolling screen and also
on paper.

Currently there is missing workable solution to have a page header
repeating on pages (CSS3-print still no progress). “position: fixed” works
in some browser(Firefox) but another(Chrome, IE); and "fixed" apply to all
pages.**
