Bert,

the current ED has this issue:

"ISSUE 5 Bert: If you put @viewport, can you put @viewport in @media? Say  
what it means?"

Section 4.1 says that @viewport is allowed inside @media.
Section 7 describes how media query evaluation works in combination with  
@viewport.

Can the issue be resolved?
