[css3-cascade] Style attributes have no style rule

Hi,

Section 4.2. Cascading Declarations, for the Specificity and Order of 
appearance criteria, speaks of the style rule of a style attribute but I 
think there is no such thing. Style attributes contain declarations but 
no rule (modulo [1].)

Instead, the spec should talk of the order of appearance and specificity 
of declarations.
