Status of CSSOM

There haven't been any updates to the CSSOM draft in nearly 3 months.

There haven't been any to CSSOM-view in nearly 6 months.

Are there any firm plans to address the various outstanding issues in 
these drafts?

If not, do we need different editors for these specs?
