[css-counter-styles-3] Swapped symbols for disclosure-open/disclosure-closed

Hi,

css-counter-styles-3 adds the disclosure-open and disclosure-closed 
pre-defined counter styles. The prose mentions left- and right-pointing 
triangles for open, and down-pointing for for closed. Shouldn’t that be 
the opposite?
