[css-position] Remove definition of 'clip' property

Hi,

I just realized that CSS Positioned Layout Module Level 3 [1] redefines the ‘clip’ property. I would like to ask to remove this property from CSS Position. The WG already agreed to define this property together with the ‘mask’ and ‘clip-path’ property in CSS Masking[2].
