I tried more than once. It isn't refusal. It's reality. You too will probably 
grow old before you take your last breath.

I already figured out how to do what I want once. I shouldn't have to throw 
that investment away and start from scratch with yet another limited utility 
investment. Neither others. Remember backward compatibility? It exists for 
good reason.

It's an option you're trying to convert into necessity by stripping current 
function. It's bureaucratic mentality, why do with only two what can be done 
with three.

Better ideas, philosophies: KISS. Occam's razor. Treasure what you have...
