Am I missing something? /* comments */ in the code have explanations of the expected rendering. If the reftest for this test is correct, then no browser (IE10, Firefox 23, Chrome 28.0.1500.95, Opera 12.16, Prince 9) passes this test. I haven't checked with IE11 preview.
