[css3-gcpm] content property

Hi,
the 'Leaders' section [1] define a new leader() value for the 'content' 
property, however it's not visible in the Property index.

I would note that 'content' is defined in [2] and [3], and it would be 
good if the property table indicate that it's a delta definition or an 
absolute one. Could such indication be added?
