[css3-meta] Subject line tagging

Recently, contributors to this list seem to have abandoned using the 
subject line tagging conventions, e.g. [css3-fonts], that I don't 
suppose I was alone in finding very useful for filtering mail. Can I 
request that we resurrect that sensible practice and make an effort to 
tag messages to the list appropriately.
