That particular spec has been abandoned, but don't worry, as it has
been superseded by Grid Layout [1] which improves and expands upon it. A
prefixed implementation is available in IE10 [2]. An implementation was
begun by Google in Webkit, but doesn't appear to have been finished [3].
Mozilla want it, but aren't working on it yet [4].
