[css4-images] Support for SVG paint servers

Hi CSS WG,

I would like to ask if it is possible that CSS4 images [1] support SVG paint server as well. SVG 2 will introduce mesh gradients and has support for complex patterns (that give a lot more capabilities then the background property) [2]. This fits into the harmonization process of CSS and SVG in general and would improve both specifications a lot. It would not even harm the parsing, since CSS4 images already supports Media fragments. It is just a matter of specifying the affect which shouldn't be hard either.
