[css3-flexbox] "definite size" underdefined

The flexbox algorithm uses the term 'definite size' in a lot of places. It's
left undefined until the very end of the section, which is confusing. But
that definition is also very handwavy about whether and when a percentage or
keyword size is "definite". This needs to be tightened up.
