[css3-background] Missing information about transitioning a box-shadow without a color

A 'box-shadow' without a color gains a color in the used-value stage
equivalent to the value of 'color' on the element.

What are the implications of this on the animatability of the shadow,
since animations trigger based on the computed value?  There's
currently no text that covers this case.
