[css21] Projection media group described as Interactive only

I asked this before, but I'll ask again. In the CSS 2.1 spec (http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/media.html) Projection media is described as Interactive only, and not Static or both. This seems like a mistake to me.

Can anyone explain why it is described thus? If not, I shall assume it is a mistake.
