Can you explain how this works? Do sections (and subsections) get tagged with "CR" individually in the WD (or LC) document? This is something relatively new that we agreed to a few f2f meetings ago. Image Values is likely going to be the first to seriously test this. The idea is any implementation may drop prefixes as soon as they believe they pass the testsuite sufficiently. If you pass all the gradient tests, for example, you can drop prefixes on gradients even if there are other features you don't yet pass. (Sorry, I assumed Sylvain said something about this.) ~TJ
