[css-2d-transforms] List of identity functions in the "transitions and animations" section includes nonexistent values

In section 6 ("Transitions and animations between transform values") [1] 
there is some text that says:

   The identity functions are .... rotateX(0), rotateY(0) ...

There are no rotateX and rotateY transforms in 2d transforms, so those 
should be removed from the list.
