Invalid sample HTML in the spec

Dear WG,

Section 9.2.1.1 of the CSS 2.1 CR contains an examle which has non-whitespace text content directly inside BODY. I suggest adding an intervening DIV (or better P and replacing the current P with SPAN) to make it valid.
