Agenda for public-fx telcon March 11, 2010

Hi,

there will be a telcon thursday March 11 2010 to start up the Effects  
Taskforce. All interested parties are welcome to participate, the first  
topic that has been suggested is for dealing with CSS 2d transforms (see  
agenda below).

     - transform-origin
     - split up translateX,Y, scaleX,Y
     - joined skew(x,y)
   - Interaction between CSS and SVG transforms
   - Transitioning/animation of transforms [3]
   - Compatibility between CSSMatrix [4] and SVGMatrix [5][6]
