I thought the wg had agreed at one point during a discussion that we  
didn't like value keywords that pretty much were just repeats of part  
of the property name, such as with 'border-collapse: collapse'. I do  
dislike 'font-kerning: kern' for that reason, just as I do actually  
think 'border-collapse: collapse' sounds kind of silly.
