Hi..

Is the new version of CSS going to have a target="_blank" option on A
HREF tags ?

There are occasions where a webmaster wants a link to open in a new
tab/screen - & keep the original page active / available..

OR -

if theres a CSS "pop-up" screen option, Can a '  target=_blank ' FAQ
in the CSS tutorials be updated to point to the pop-up tutorial if any
exists)...
