Hi,

Does anybody know whether the CSS validator URI
(http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/images/vcss) refers to a broken
image?  For some time, this image doesn't display in my pages.  The link
does validate OK, but the image still doesn't display even at the
validation URI.  The blue version does display OK
(http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/images/vcss-blue).  Is this image
link broken?
