Css3-background, possible error in background ordering

In <bg-layer> it says:
where '<bg-position>' must occur before '/ <bg-size>' if both present.
In <final-bg-layer> it says:
where '<bg-position>' must occur not before '/ <bg-size>' if both present.

In the <final-bg-layer> case it raises an ambiguity, so I think that the 
only issue is a typo s/not // ;)
