For quality reasons, I wouldn't clip, but round, and to a multiple of 12,
which seems better handled by existing vector fonts than random fractions.
Thus, an actual value of 133 would be treated as 132, and 141 as 144. I'd
also floor at 96 normally, with an option to floor at 72.

Performance is another matter entirely.
